Terms of Service

ShortPeak ("ShortPeak", "we", "us", "our") provides the service described below (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

ShortPeak is a digital streaming platform offering short-form video dramas. All content is delivered digitally through our website. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Content on ShortPeak is produced using artificial intelligence generation tools, either in-house or through our production partners. All characters, storylines, settings, and events are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or to actual events, is coincidental and unintentional.

To purchase or access content, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@shortpeak.tv if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We offer recurring subscription plans (monthly or annual) granting access to our content library for the duration of the subscription period.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• The price, billing frequency, and renewal terms are displayed before you complete your purchase.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until that date.
• We may change subscription prices with advance notice. Price changes apply from your next billing period.

Coins are prepaid digital credits used to unlock individual episodes within the Service.

• Coins have no monetary value outside the Service.
• Coins are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash.
• Coins are consumed at the moment an episode is unlocked.
• Unused coins remain in your account while your account is active. If your account is closed or terminated, any remaining coins are forfeited.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream content on the Service for your own private, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Download, copy, record, screen-capture, or reproduce content except where the Service explicitly provides that function
• Redistribute, broadcast, publicly perform, or resell content
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any access control, paywall, or security measure
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
• Share your account credentials with others or use the Service to provide access to third parties
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and design elements on the Service are the property of ShortPeak or our licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details. By making a purchase, you also agree to the terms of the relevant payment provider. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, add, or remove content or features at any time. Individual titles may be removed from the library where our distribution rights change.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShortPeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time and close your account from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
